Do not sign a contract or agreement without first
having read, understood and had time to consider the terms. It is
important to fully understand your role and responsibilities, and
of the skills and duties which may be required of you. Always get
these and the conditions of service in writing.
The RCN International Office and Legal Department
have produced a checklist to evaluate the content of contracts before
making any commitment - Employment Conditions and Contracts. Members
can obtain this from the RCN International Office or from international.office@rcn.org.uk
(quote membership number when contacting the RCN).
